JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our food manufacturing warehouse. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, compliant, and sanitary environment in line with food safety regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities
  • To clean packing areas as per schedule.
  • To clean Low care entrance area i.e. walls, ceiling and floor
  • To remove dirty laundry & replenish laundry end of day ready for next working day.
  • To clean all offices & toilets Including new office, boardroom
  • To clean all reception & toilet areas.
  • To clean both new & old canteen areas.
  • To replenish all PPE ready for next working day.
  • To sweep externals and empty bins.
    Drive a Food Safety/hygiene Culture – role modelling good behaviour and communicating the standards expected. Be pro-active. Show a desire to improve current working practises, systems of work within the department. Build a relationship with other departmental managers and the SLT to ensure HACCP procedures are followed. Problems are solved and all elements of food safety are maintained.
