About the Role As a Hygiene Operative, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our production environment meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your work directly supports our goals in health & safety, food safety, quality, service, and cost efficiency — all while helping to strengthen the Kettle brand. Key Responsibilities Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with company standards and regulations. Safely handle, store, and use chemicals in line with COSHH and HAZOP requirements. Carry out cleaning tasks in accordance with established hygiene procedures and systems, meeting both internal and customer expectations. Provide timely and accurate cleaning support to production areas, ensuring equipment is delivered clean, on time, and ready for use. Identify any skills gaps and proactively seek training and development opportunities to support continuous improvement. Qualifications A strong commitment to hygiene and safety. A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
