BACKSHIFT HYGIENE OPERATIVE

Graham’s The Family Dairy are seeking to appoint a Backshift Hygiene Operative at our site in Nairn. This is a permanent position, working 45 hours per week on a backshift from 2pm – 11:30pm, 5 days out of 7.

· Carrying out scheduled daily cleaning tasks
· Cleaning of processing equipment, production lines and machines to meet required standards, measured through testing of swabs or samples
· Deep cleaning of production areas
· Ensuring that all paperwork is correctly completed and signed off
· Making sure that you comply with company procedures for Health & Safety and Hygiene
· Reporting any incidents or environmental concerns to your manager
