Job Description Supervise and ensure all hygiene and food safety standards are consistently met Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and related F&B spaces. Train staff on hygiene procedures and food safety practices. Monitor ingredient quality, expiry dates, and sample retention. Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Prepare hygiene reports and recommend improvements. Qualifications Degree in Food Safety, F&B, Hospitality, or related fields. Experience in hygiene, QA, or similar roles. Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and training skills. Ability to supervise and coordinate with multiple departments. Strong record-keeping and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
