REQUIREMENTS:

• Food Safety Level 2
• HACCP Level 2
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Hygiene Team Leader to lead our hygiene team during night operations alongside the Hygiene Manager . You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the facility, ensuring full compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate the hygiene team to ensure cleaning schedules are followed and completed efficiently
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company hygiene standards and procedures
• Train, motivate, and support hygiene operatives, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols
• Liaise with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation and cleanliness across departments
• Ensure correct use of cleaning chemicals and PPE at all times
• Maintain accurate hygiene documentation and records
• Manage the site laundry and PPE
