Shift: Monday to Friday 22:00 – 06:00
Salary: £33,000 + 20% Night Shift Allowance

Using your passion for quality and collaboration, you will:
· Lead and Develop Your Team – Supervise, coach, and support Hygiene Operatives to deliver high standards and continuous improvement.
· Ensure Compliance and Safety – Maintain rigorous hygiene standards, SOPs, and allergen controls, ensuring a safe and compliant environment.
· Own the Cleaning Schedule – Distribute tasks, monitor completion, and ensure all cleaning is thorough, timely, and traceable.
· Champion Food Safety – Train your team to understand contamination risks and uphold food safety protocols.
· Investigate and Resolve Issues – Lead investigations into non-conformances and take proactive steps to prevent recurrence.

· Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and R&D to support operations and audits.

• Represent Puratos Professionally – Act as the senior contact on night shift, liaising with external parties when needed.
