As a Hygiene Team Member, your role will include ensuring all site cleaning schedules, customer standards and audit standards are adhered to within our facilities such as the canteen, corridors and toilets.

Main responsibilities

• Completing general housekeeping of the facilities including corridors, toilets and canteen areas
• Ensuring cleaning schedules are adhered to in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate records
• Handling canteen recycling
• Using cleaning equipment as required for the task being undertaken e.g. broom/mops/cloths
• Communicating effectively with the Production Manager and other colleagues

Our ideal candidate will have the following

• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment in a similar role
• Team player
• Excellent organisation and communication sills
• Clear understanding of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures
• Good time management to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time
• Experience with COSHH
• Accuracy and attention to detail
