YOUR ROLE

For the strengthening of the Professional Services Unit, integral part of the “Cloud & custom Application” practice of people. Within Capgemini, individuals with expertise in various types of technologies are grouped together to share experiences, lessons learned, assets, and knowledge. One such group is dedicated to Hyperautomation, which encompasses four main technological families:
-

Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Automates business processes that are manually performed by people.

• Low-Code Web Application Development: Facilitates user interaction with robots and their governance.
• Process Mining Platforms: Visualizes business processes, providing insights into organizational workflows and trends.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI Integrations: Adds decision-making and interpretative capabilities to automated processes, enabling robots to read and interpret physical documents (OCR/ICR/IDP) or data.

Our work spans the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales, sales, planning, and project governance to technical solutions and implementation. This includes both new development projects and maintenance of existing solutions to adapt to new business needs.
There is huge opportunity to learn in this environment, as one can participate in each phase of the project, thereby expanding their skill set.
You will be placed in a such dedicated to the studying, creation and release innovative solutions, together with a team of highly specialised Strategic Consultants.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL PLAY A KEY ROLE IN:

• Designing and implementing solutions that integrate different technologies and platforms.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
• Leading the development and deployment of solutions (automations/application) to improve business activities and generate value.
• Utilizing AI to enhance decision-making processes, remove blocking point and improve business outcomes.
• Developing and maintaining low-code applications to streamline workflows and improve user experiences.
• Conducting process mining to analyze and optimize business processes for maximum efficiency.
• Providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the solutions.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the solutions, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in new technologies and best practices.
