Description
Responsibilities: Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems related to Microsoft Intune and Defender. Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases. Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the problem management database. Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams or personnel. Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations for improvements. Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates. Device Management: Manage and monitor devices connected to the organization’s network using Microsoft Intune. Policy Configuration: Create and manage policies for devices and applications to ensure they meet the organization’s security standards. Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect data and network infrastructure. Technical Support: Provide technical support to users facing issues with devices or applications managed by Intune. Integration: Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Intune with other systems and applications. Reporting: Conduct regular audits and generate reports on device usage, performance, and security. Updates: Stay updated with the latest Intune updates, features, and best practices. Threat Management: Monitor and respond to threats detected by Microsoft Defender. Policy Configuration: Create and manage security policies for devices and applications. Security Updates: Ensure that all systems have the latest security updates and patches. Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations as needed. Reporting: Generate reports on security threats, incidents, and the status of devices. Log Management: Collect, manage, and analyze logs from various sources using Azure Sentinel. Threat Detection: Use Azure Sentinel to detect, track, and investigate threats. Incident Response: Respond to security incidents identified by Azure Sentinel. Automation: Create and manage automation rules to respond to common events. Reporting: Generate reports on security posture, incidents, and investigations Qualifications: Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Defender services and applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical issues. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
