Description Part-time $25.00/hour Early Mornings and Evenings Required Position Summary: The Saratoga Regional YMCA is hiring for a HYROX Group Instructor and we are excited to have you join our team! This position will be responsible for leading HYROX group classes: High intensity, interval style, functional fitness, targeting both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems to build muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance by utilizing a variety of equipment including: Rowers, Ski-Erg's, weighted sleds, Kettlebells, Medicine balls, and more. As part of the Health and Wellness team, the HYROX Group Instructor is responsible for fostering and promoting an energetic, motivating, safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals and promotes safety in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
