Description Hiring Immediately, Hyundai Internet Sales Team Lead with Growth Potential to Management Level Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking Automotive Internet Sales Team Lead to add to our growing Hyundai sales department! Our sales are on the rise, and we need energetic people that love customer service to help us keep up with increased traffic. ISM Key Responsibilities: Lead Handling & Response Respond to all inbound leads (website, OEM, third-party, phone, chat, text) within dealership time standards Make timely outbound calls, texts, and emails to engage and qualify prospects Set and confirm showroom and virtual appointments Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM Customer Experience Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication at every touchpoint Answer vehicle availability, pricing, trade-in, and financing questions accurately Build rapport and trust while guiding customers through the buying process Ensure a seamless handoff to showroom sales staff Follow-Up & Nurturing Execute dealership follow-up processes for unsold and sold customers Maintain consistent contact until the customer purchases or opts out Re-engage lost or aging leads according to store standards CRM & Process Adherence Log all customer interactions in the CRM Follow dealership lead handling standards, scripts, and workflows Meet or exceed response time, appointment set, and show rate goals BENEFITS Generous pay plan.
