This position will begin as an hourly position with the ability to move to a no-cap base + commission salary based on performance and drive of the individual. This is not an entry level position. We are seeking candidates with automotive parts experience, including inventory control, and knowledge of electronic parts catalogues; experience with manufacture specific catalogues is preferred. We are a premier employer in the area and our dealership serves not only the local community but also all the outlying, rural communities with all their Hyundai parts and service needs. This means there is no lack of work for our parts personnel. Job duties will include selling parts to customers and vendors via phone, internet, and in person, maintaining inventory records, assisting customers and technicians with parts needs and obtaining parts information, creating invoices, processing orders, returns, and warranties, and receiving parts from delivery. You will be working with customers and technicians closely, the ability to communicate effectively, make recommendations, and prioritize items in order of importance is required. Work is performed indoors spending up to 75% of work shift using computers and phone systems. Standing and walking for up to 30% of work shift is required to assist clients at the counter and deliver parts to technicians. Responsibilities

The Partsperson will sell parts to customers and vendors, maintain inventory records, and assist customers and technicians with their parts needs. Responsibilities also include creating invoices, processing orders, and receiving parts from delivery.
