Requirements Proven success in automotive service management within a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment. Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate employees and drive performance. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building trust, resolving concerns, and delivering an outstanding client experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and dealership leadership. Advanced knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes. Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting, expense control, and profitability analysis. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while effectively solving complex operational challenges. Thorough understanding of industry regulations, workplace safety standards, and compliance requirements.
