The Assistant Teacher supports the Montessori Guide or Lead Teacher in all classroom areas. As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll:                                                                                                            * Always caring! Follow all licensing guidelines, school, and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.  * Always inspiring! Working with a Montessori Guide or Lead Teacher, facilitate fun and interactive learning experiences in an authentic Montessori classroom. * Always engaged! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan activities for children, as well as effectively communicate with families under the guidance of your lead teacher/guide.  * Always learning! Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care and development topics.  We want joyful, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:   * Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school, or related field. * Completed a high school diploma or equivalent.   * Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply. * Montessori training, certification, or experience preferred.
