Job Description Act as technical advisor for I&C engineering / control systems scope during developer bid review and RFP/specification preparation. Lead technical due diligence, verify compliance with project/off-taker requirements, identify risks and deviations, prepare clarifications, support technical evaluation, and contribute to contract schedules and negotiation support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline. Professional registration, chartership, or OEM/utility/off-taker experience is preferred. Additional Information Required Experience 10+ years in CCGT/thermal plant I&C, DCS/SIS engineering, bid evaluation, FAT/SAT and commissioning support Technical Expertise DCS/PLC; GT/ST control integration; HRSG controls; BMS; ESD/SIS; field instrumentation; control narratives; SIL; cybersecurity; historian; SCADA/LDC/dispatch interface; IEC/ISA standards.
