Facilities Control Engineerは広島工場内のプロセス/設備/製造の流れを理解したうえで、監視システムの改修、新規導入と最適で安全な制御設計を行い各種プロジェクトを遂行する。また、トラブル対策・最適運転管理を行う為専門知識を利用し、改善業務を行うと共に、運用コストの削減を図る。さらに関連するリスク低減を図り、災害・事故を撲滅して安全で快適な職場環境を作る。職務として下記業務の推進を行う。法令を遵守し、安全を考慮した設備計画・設計の実施安全衛生基準・環境基準の理解と遵守技術的将来計画やロードマップについて説明法令・規則を遵守した設計・許可書類の作成設計・施工に対する仕様書の作成設計図面の取り纏めプロジェクトマネージメントに従ったプロジェクトの推進（Scope/Budget/Scheduleの管理）設備性能検査方法の決定カスタマーの要求の把握トラブル発生時に技術的な対策及び横展開統計的データーに基づいた品質管理コスト・省エネ・環境管理活動の推進設備の負荷管理及び設備更新・増設の計画設備劣化状況の把握及び維持・更新の計画専門技術・知識の開発、実行、共有技術レポートの作成・論文の発表トレーニング資料の作成及び開発業務改善の実施と問題解決への貢献ファシリティー監視システムの提供、オペレーション上のトラブルサポート、トラブル解析 FMEAによるリスク解析追加：Tableau・Power BI等のツールを使用してのデーター作成・管理 AIを使用しての業務改善改善活動 About Micron Technology, Inc.
