Description

Required: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field. Interest in instrumentation and controls, automation, and SCADA system design. Basic understanding of PLC controls, SCADA systems, and industrial processes (coursework or project experience). Willingness to travel locally (up to 25%) and possess a valid driver's license. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Coursework or familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit. Exposure to instrumentation and controls for process and electromechanical equipment. Interest in IT, industrial networks, or SCADA networks. Familiarity with HMI/PLC platforms (academic projects or labs). Previous internship or project experience in the water/wastewater industry (a plus).

Responsibilities

The intern will assist in instrumentation and controls, automation, and SCADA system design. They will gain exposure to instrumentation and controls for process and electromechanical equipment.
