What You’ll Do ✅ Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all plant electrical systems and instrumentation. ✅ Calibrate, repair and optimize instruments and control systems to maintain production efficiency. ✅ Maintain an organized and safe maintenance shop, including spare parts inventory. ✅ Partner with operations and maintenance teams to support daily production and long-term projects. ✅ Participate in safety programs, monthly inspections, lockout/tagout procedures, and confined space entries ✅ Assist in implementing emergency response procedures when needed, ✅ Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Qualifications What You’ll Bring ✔ High school diploma or GED is required. ✔ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Instrumentation & Control is preferred ✔ Proven training or hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems and instrumentation. ✔ Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude. ✔ Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics and equipment tags. ✔ Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal). ✔ Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, inventory systems, etc.).
