We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ivanti UWM suite Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on supporting multiple Ivanti applications within the UWM suite. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Administrator in Ivanti suite of products with excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach. The Engineer will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and develop solutions that support and grow our business. Primary Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Ivanti UWM solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user workspace management, including profile management, application control, and policy enforcement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure and efficient UWM solutions Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities Assist in the deployment and configuration of Ivanti UWM software and related components Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve support processes Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on UWM functionalities and best practices Participate in On-Call support rotations to ensure 24/7 availability for critical issues Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
