Job Summary We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Salesperson to join our retail team in Jeddah. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering an excellent in-store experience. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, solution-oriented approach to customer service. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide product recommendations that align with customer requirements and company offerings. Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly and accurately to support purchasing decisions. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and relationship building. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, promotions, and company policies. Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Support visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Follow up with customers as appropriate to drive repeat business and manage customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with store colleagues and management to support promotional activities, inventory counts, and store goals. Adhere to all company policies, loss-prevention procedures, and health and safety guidelines. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment. Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia. Required Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and/or English; additional language skills are a plus. Proven ability to meet sales targets and demonstrate a customer-first mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns calmly and effectively. Basic numeracy and experience handling cash and POS systems accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed. Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as required for merchandising tasks. Team-oriented attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
