In this role, you will support the IT department in managing our organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing leadership to our IT support team. Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including network administration, cybersecurity, and technical support Collaborate with the IT Manager to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals Manage and prioritize IT projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT support staff Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency Assist in developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and best practices Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal IT service delivery Conduct regular security audits and implement measures to protect against cyber threats Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for IT initiatives Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration, and cybersecurity Excellent project management and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in time management and prioritization Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CISSP) preferred Knowledge of IT best practices and industry trends Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent analytical and decision-making skills Additional Information The candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia
