NL Dairy Co-op has recently purchased Agropur Co-operative’s Newfoundland and Labrador fluid milk processing and distribution business, including the Central Dairies brand. The new co-operative is owned by nineteen dairy farmers from across the province, proudly taking care at every stage from farm to fridge, producing, processing and distributing 100% local, quality milk – Right here at home.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, ERP administration, or business systems management.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP platform) strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to design and deliver business reports and dashboards (Power BI, SuiteAnalytics, or equivalent tools).
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networking, with experience coordinating external vendors and service providers.
• Strong grasp of IT security, access management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with a business-first approach to technology solutions.

POSITION PROFILE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an IT & Business Systems Manager to be the hands-on owner of all technology and systems across our organization. Reporting to the President and Chief Administrative Officer, you will be both strategic and practical — managing our core business platforms, building reports and analytics that support performance management, and overseeing the vendors who maintain our network and devices.
This is a unique position that blends IT expertise with business insight — ideal for someone who is as comfortable writing reports for senior leadership as they are negotiating software contracts or troubleshooting network issues.
