JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and maintain the information technology infrastructure of our asphalt paving and rock quarry operations. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing network systems, supporting operational technology at quarry and paving sites, ensuring data security, and aligning IT strategy with business goals. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management, and hands-on support in a field-intensive environment.

IT Infrastructure & Support

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot company-wide networks, servers, and end-user systems.
• Oversee mobile and field connectivity for paving crews and quarry operations (e.g., GPS, tablets, remote access).
• Provide hands-on support for desktop/laptop systems, printers, timekeeping devices, and industrial control systems.
