REQUIREMENTS:
Successful candidates MUST have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an I.T. Systems Support Technician and live in the Edmonton Area.
Our technicians interact directly with our clients and therefore must have exceptional communication and customer service skills. Successful candidates must possess great attention to detail, ensure quality of work and have their own vehicle. An RCMP background check is mandatory.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently with little supervision on projects is an asset. Some after hours and weekend work would be required on occasion.

-Windows Server Operating System (2022, 2019, 2016, 2012R2) Server Support and troubleshooting, including extensive Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and WSUS knowledge.
-Network infrastructure design, implementation, setup & support.
-Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online Installation, troubleshooting and migration.
-Microsoft Office - Installation, Troubleshooting and Support
-Creating and maintaining Network Documentation.
-Installation, implementation and support of Windows Remote Desktop services.
-Setup & Troubleshooting of Firewalls/Routers and IP aware devices.
-VPN setup and support with knowledge of OpenVPN, IKEv2/IPSec.
-Setup and Support of NAS, SAN and other storage solutions.
-VMWare experience with setting up and maintaining a virtual machine environment.
-Working knowledge of Remote Assistance tools such as Teamviewer, Remote Utilities.
-Knowledge in Structured Wiring is an asset, including Cat 6 terminations, Installation and support of wall racks, patch panels, switches etc.
-High level of expertise with the full Microsoft 365 Office Suite and backup solutions. Microsoft accreditation is an asset.
