Descripción del empleo Primary Function Drive growth of Products Portfolio Sales in the Industrial Market across Iberia through Indirect Channel partnerships. Deliver sales performance against sub-region-specific targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Proposal Team, and Finance to meet or exceed operating plan objectives. Key Responsibilities Product Knowledge & Market Positioning Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of all Water Tech products relevant to the role Promote and position both consolidated Water Tech technologies and New Product Introductions (NPIs) in the market Leverage multiple Water Tech products to creatively address customer challenges and convert them into business opportunities Channel Partner Management Provide technical and commercial support to existing Channel Partners operating in the Industrial Market Build strong, sustainable relationships with partners in accordance with Veolia guidelines Expand Partners/OEM network following internal qualification procedures Sales & Business Development Develop and oversee growth strategies for various markets and segments in coordination with Product Management Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned clients, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, forecasting, and deal closure through revenue recognition Meet or exceed regional operating plan targets Participate in operational rhythms necessary to support regional operations and growth Operational Excellence Coordinate proposal and quotation development with the Proposals team Maintain and update Water Tech workflows and tools for tracking opportunities and sales activities Handle client complaints and issues with a problem-solving approach while adhering to Water Tech guidelines Maintain unwavering focus on compliance, both internally and externall Requisitos Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent degree Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial/sales roles Proven experience in the water industry sector Problem-solving attitude Strong focus on targets and achievement orientation Excellent presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate ideas and information both verbally and in writing Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish/Portuguese Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments Collaborative team player with ability to work across multiple functional groups Results-driven with strong commercial acumen Customer-focused with relationship-building capabilities Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic business environment Información adicional Como empresa inclusiva, Veolia está comprometida con la diversidad y valora todas las solicitudes sin discriminación.
