Information Technology Opportunity: I.T. Support Specialist
iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Information Technology team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry.
This shared-services company supports the IMI business units and provides a uniform, employee-based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. This mentality aligns with our employee-owned company so that all personnel take an owner’s mindset approach to our business. iSuite is headquartered in Nashville, TN and has branches in Granite City, IL, Chesterfield, MO and Charlotte, NC.
We are currently looking for an I.T. Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team located at our office in Chesterfield, MO. Our ideal candidate for an I.T. Support Specialist is someone who is eager to actively engage in a “hands-on” position, driven to acquire knowledge and develop a comprehensive understanding of maintaining iSuite’s current and future systems. This candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail and thrive in a collaborative work environment.

Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s I.T. Support Specialist include:

  • Analyzing, identifying, and resolving workstation computer hardware, operating system and application problems for end users.
  • Responding, researching, troubleshooting, and deciphering problems by asking probing questions and utilizing available resources.
  • Purchasing and setting up laptops, mobile devices, workstations, and related software for users.
  • Creating, managing, and terminating (setup, access changes, password resets, etc.) end user accounts from authorized requests.
  • Maintaining software and hardware inventories.
  • Working inside internal ticketing system.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

Primary qualifications for iSuite’s I.T. Support Specialist include:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent amount of relevant experience required.
  • Positive and professional attitude with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to self-motivate.
  • Technical aptitude with a focus on continuous learning and development.
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and PC software, including Dell systems.
  • Experience with security software for virus protection, spyware, malware, and spam is a plus.
