Position summary Responsible for the efficient, effective, flawless End-to-End management of Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects of major complexity. Defines and leads innovation and renovation strategies in nutrition for the Latin America region and specifc market. Oversees the development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with market needs and Nestlé’s standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful integration of nutritional innovations and renovations into existing product lines. Identifies growth and expansion opportunities in the nutrition market across the Latin America region ans specific markets, positioning Nestlé as a leader in nutritional solutions. A day in the life of… Apply project management tools and skills to ensure the on-scope, on-time and on-quality launch and flawless execution of I&R projects from Identify (or later entry stage) to end of delivery stage. Activities include: Delivery of innovation and renovation strategies in nutrition for the latam zone. Successful launch of new nutritional products. Effective integration of nutritional innovations and renovations with cross-functional teams. Leveraging of growth and expansion opportunities in the nutrition market in the latam zone. Drive timely preparation of the Business Opportunity, Business Case and Business Plan along the flow Drive Opportunity and Risk Management and escalating critical issues to Decider(s) Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including kick-off meeting, kick-start meetings, check-in meetings, regular project meetings, risk assessments, post launch reviews and additional meetings or workshops as required Provide transparency, documentation and communication of project status and risk to cross functional team members, Project Management Lead and Deciders Ensure the overall data entry, its regular updates & completion in the I2L System Lead Stakeholders management across functions: identify stakeholders, distribute responsibilities among project team and ensure proper communication Capture and share lessons learnt (category knowledge) Apply and evolve project management tools and competencies to ensure the desirability, viability and feasibility for an on-scope, on-time and onquality delivery of projects.
