At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for an IAM Analyst in charge of management of the creation, modification and departure of each digital identity, as well as all the access rights. 👨‍🔧 Your responsibilities Ensures that requests for access rights are processed according to contractual deadlines and in a correct manner. Answer client’s questions and requests. Provide information on managed systems Provides quality support to users who contact the IAM team. Develops the access rights management tools available to the IAM team according to the needs of the IAM team, Azqore's customers or compliance requirements Continuously seeks solutions to optimize the processing of requests Interacts with project teams for the implementation of new applications with access rights management Frequent/ Daily face-to-face or telephone contacts with numerous users 🧙‍♂️ Your core competencies Bachelor's degree in IT/ Cybersecurity or equivalent Min 3 years of experience in access rights management with at least 1 year in a banking and finance environment Knowledge of the financial regulatory environment Hands on experience of Active Directory, Lotus Notes Ability to handle pressure and independent in managing work priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
