EDUCATIONAL/ POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology (preferred) plus 5-7 years of experience in processing environment
• Will consider candidates with 7-10 years of experience in a processing environment in lieu of a degree

Relevant Skills Required:

• Ability to manage project level deliverables such as preparing project charter, project plan, communication plan and risk management etc. is a plus.
• Familiarity with IAM tools is a plus (i.e., Saviynt, SailPoint)
• Experience with industry tools (i.e. Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Office)
• Experience in Quality Assurance Testing, QA methodology is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (oral and written) to various levels of an enterprise environment
• Familiarity with test management software (e.g. JIRA)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Self-starter, motivated
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

SPECIAL PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 10% travel as required.
• Lifting and/or bending, lifting 10 lbs of weight.
  Hiring Range:
  $52,000.00 USD - $65,000.00 USD annually
  Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
