Tasks

In the Identity Management team, you will design the technical IAM architecture and governance and ensure that business requirements, role models, lifecycle processes and compliance work together effectively.

• You advise specialist departments on the optimization of IAM, access and authorization processes and support their standardized implementation.
• You analyze and model business roles, identity lifecycles and authorization concepts (JML, RBAC, SoD, Access Reviews)
• You develop and establish IAM/IGA governance frameworks, taking into account security and compliance standards (e.g., BSI basic protection, CIS).
• You will support the integration of existing and new applications into IAM/IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint) and ensure consistent role and access concepts.
• You will shape the further development of the IAM platform based on KPIs, support audits, and create reports for relevant stakeholders.

Profile

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
• Strong process and systems thinking as well as experience with role and ownership models
• Knowledge of hybrid multi-cloud environments (AD, Entra ID, Azure, AWS, SAP BTP)
• Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA), IT security or governance
• Ability to translate business, compliance, and IT requirements into a consistent target vision.
• Structured, conceptual approach to work as well as very good German and English skills
