About the Role: We are looking for a senior IAM Architect with deep expertise in Omada Identity to strengthen and accelerate Identity & Access Management capabilities within a large, complex enterprise environment. This is a hands-on, outcome-driven engagement in which you will design, implement, optimise, and harden Omada-based IAM solutions. The role spans architecture, implementation, performance tuning, governance alignment, and structured handover to operations. Key Responsibilities: Establish target and transition IAM architectures Design and implement scalable, reusable solution patterns Architect and implement the Omada SAP Connector Implement and extend connectors for AD / Entra ID and selected enterprise systems Configure and optimise request/approval workflows and recertification processes Tune Omada application and SQL performance Apply platform hardening and security measures Ensure role catalog hygiene and governance alignment Deliver structured documentation and operational runbooks Work within ITSM change management processes Provide test documentation and release artefacts Conduct knowledge transfer to operations teams Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with Omada Identity solution architecture Expertise in role modelling, provisioning, and attestation/recertification Proven experience designing and implementing the Omada SAP Connector Integration design for AD / Entra ID and major enterprise systems Experience with connector development and lifecycle orchestration Strong MS SQL Server expertise in Omada environments (operations & performance tuning) Solid understanding of IAM security and governance principles: Least privilege Segregation of Duties (SoD) Auditability Platform hardening & monitoring DevSecOps mindset with strong documentation practices Professional working proficiency in English Preferred Qualifications: Azure networking and Key Vault patterns for Omada ↔ Entra ID integrations Micro-segmentation / DMZ architecture experience IAM test automation within CI/CD pipelines Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL® 4 Foundation or equivalent) Swedish language skills What We Offer: A dynamic and innovative workplace, driving advancements in cutting-edge robotic technologies The opportunity to collaborate with talented cross-functional teams on meaningful and impactful projects Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package A supportive culture that fosters continuous learning, growth, and professional development Flexible hybrid working model for an optimal work-life balance 25 days of annual leave to recharge and relax An annual wellness allowance of 3,500 SEK to support your health and wellbeing
