Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Cyber Security, IAM Product Owners, and member firms to ensure compliance data aligns with IAM cybersecurity controls.
- Lead the coordination of Single Sign-On (SSO) client-federation implementation by working closely with engagement teams, the IAM technical team, and client resources, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project objectives.
- Act as IAM Data Report Steward, addressing data requests and questions regarding reports that demonstrate member firm compliance with IAM controls based on their usage of the IAM product suite.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for engagement teams and their clients, offering guidance and addressing inquiries related to SSO processes through effective verbal and written communication.
- Contribute to the creation and revision of IAM standards and controls, enhancing reporting to align with these changes.
- Gather requirements for validating member firm compliance with IAM controls using data from the IAM product suite.
- Work with IAM product owners and data engineers to generate reports for Compliance Officers to assess member firm compliance based on IAM product suite usage.
- Assist in developing requirements for new and improved compliance reports.
- Oversee SSO implementation coordination, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project goals.
- Maintain and update the Federation Tracker to monitor client status and progress, ensuring timely project completion.
- Facilitate the accurate and efficient exchange of information between clients and internal teams, outlining SSO prerequisites and procedural steps for smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate the technical setup of SSO, including pre-deployment testing and validation, and work with engagement teams to implement change management strategies that minimize user impact
