Creating the architecture and infrastructure for managing user identities and access within any IDP (Okta Preferred). Setting up and configuring IAM tools, including authentication mechanisms (e.g., passwords, multi-factor authentication), authorization policies, and access controls. Should have experience working with IAM (Okta), Authentication, and Authorization. Should understand Source system Integration (AD & LDAP) Experience with different IAM policies (Auth Server Access policy, Global Session Policy, Sign On / Authentication Policy, Enrollment Policy, Password Policy, Recovery Policy) Experience with SAML, SCIM, OpenID Connect, and other relevant technologies. Should have Knowledge of security best practices and how to implement them within the IAM system. Experience customizing the OHLP pages using hooks and events Should understand OKTA management APIs and know the usage of it as consumer Using automation to streamline IAM processes and reduce manual tasks. Should have experience in configuring AD/LDAP agent in on premise servers. Thinking critically to analyze the pros and cons of solving a problem or using technology in a certain way. Attitude/Behavior: Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging & disruptive technologies Takes initiative to learn new concepts and leverages natural entrepreneurial mindset Embraces a culture of trust and complete transparency Skills and Education: Experience developing with CI-CD and cloud infrastructure. Strong communication skills, especially in articulating technical concepts. Up to date understanding of best practices regarding system security measures. Experience with software engineering, customer experience and design architecture Ability to work with various teams to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan. Responsibilities

The IAM Development Specialist will create the architecture and infrastructure for managing user identities and access within an Identity Provider, preferably Okta. They will also set up and configure IAM tools, including authentication mechanisms and access controls.
