Harro Höfliger, based in the greater Stuttgart area, develops highly automated special machines and production lines for pharmaceutical and medical technology companies.

As an IAM Engineer / Identity & Access Management Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the secure and efficient management of identities, roles, and permissions within the organization. This includes designing and further developing modern IAM processes and ensuring seamless system integration. Acting as an interface between IT and HR, you will strengthen the IAM architecture sustainably and develop it for the future.

Tasks

  • Development and operation of Identity & Access Management solutions for automated rights assignment
  • Integration of systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Active Directory) via REST APIs
  • Maintenance and further development of role and authorization concepts
  • Support for joiner, mover, and leaver processes in user management
  • Ensuring data quality and consistency in IAM-relevant systems
  • Collaboration with HR, IT and specialist departments to optimize authorization processes

qualification

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable IT training with professional experience
  • Experience with IAM systems, ideally with SAP integration
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, Active Directory and role-based access control
  • Understanding of data structures and data flows in the context of identity and access management
  • Analytical, structured work style, as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and strong communication skills.
  • Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
