We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions that ensure secure access to our digital supply chain systems. Compliance and Governance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. Incident Response: Assist in responding to IAM-related security incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to integrate IAM solutions into all aspects of operations. Requirements Professional Certifications: Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM engineering, with demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degrees or additional certifications are advantageous. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, ConductorOne, and CyberArk, as well as protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address complex IAM challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Security Awareness: Knowledge of security best practices, threat prevention, and IAM’s role in organizational security frameworks.
