Platform operation : Ensuring the technical operation and further development of the IGA platform
PAM Operation : Operate and further develop the PAM solution and ensure its stability and security.
Release Management : Planning, testing, deploying, and documenting patches, upgrades, and release changes.
System integration : Connecting applications, systems and data sources via APIs, SCIM or connectors
Process automation : Developing provisioning and recertification processes in the employee lifecycle
Business collaboration : Coordinating IT operations, specialist departments and suppliers
System stability : Resolve malfunctions, secure operational IAM operation
Security architecture : Implementing tier models, zone concepts and security standards
Requirements
Must-Haves:
Completed education : Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Relevant professional experience : Bachelor's degree 2+ years, HTL (Higher Technical Institute) 5+ years, apprenticeship 7+ years in a technical IAM (Industrial Asset Management) company
IT skills : Very good knowledge of IGA operations (e.g., tenfold, midPoint or OneIdentity), as well as good knowledge of Java or C# and SQL databases.
Knowledge : IAM processes such as lifecycle management, RBAC and recertification
Languages : German B2, English B2
Working style : Analytical, structured, independent, hands-on
Business trips : Austria, occasionally including on-call duty and driving licence category B
