Job Description We are strengthening our team with an IAM Engineer with solid experience in implementing advanced Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls. This professional will be dedicated to technically mature projects, with a strong focus on automation, security, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Implement advanced IAM controls and continuous monitoring mechanisms Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and best practices Develop automations and technical integrations (Python/Ruby) Operate and optimize Linux and Windows Server environments Define, monitor, and report security metrics and KPIs Collaborate with technical teams to enhance and streamline processes Support identity lifecycle activities (provisioning, governance, access review) Qualifications Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) Programming experience in Python (mandatory) and/or Ruby Administration of Linux and MS Windows Server environments Strong skills in SQL and MySQL Experience in modelling and analyzing metrics and KPIs (Tableau or equivalent) Experience with identity lifecycle tools and governance practices Valued technical skills: Elasticstack (ELK) High degree of autonomy and sense of responsibility Strong organization and priority‑management capabilities Clear communication with both technical and non‑technical teams Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities Additional Information Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office); Location: Picoas, Lisboa.
Responsibilities
The engineer will implement advanced Identity & Access Management controls and continuous monitoring mechanisms while developing automations and technical integrations primarily using Python or Ruby. Responsibilities also include operating and optimizing Linux and Windows Server environments and supporting identity lifecycle activities.
