About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IAM / Omada Identity Developer & Configuration Specialist to implement, configure, and maintain robust IAM solutions. This hands-on role focuses on Omada Identity modules, connector development, workflows, and lifecycle automation. You will work closely with architects and operations teams to deliver stable, production-ready IAM configurations, support enhancements, and troubleshoot issues. Key Responsibilities: Configure and enhance Omada Identity modules, including roles, policies, workflows, and lifecycle management Develop, implement, and maintain connectors for AD / Entra ID and enterprise applications Support provisioning, synchronisation, and reconciliation jobs, including development and testing Design and implement request/approval workflows, forms, attribute mappings, and recertification logic Troubleshoot operational issues such as job failures, queue errors, and provisioning problems Maintain configuration documentation and ensure smooth handover to operations Execute changes in accordance with ITSM processes, including change, release, and test artefacts Requirements: Hands-on experience with Omada Identity implementation and configuration Connector development experience for AD / Entra ID, APIs, and SQL-based systems Strong skills in configuring workflows, forms, and policies (requests, approvals, recertification) Solid understanding of provisioning concepts, identity lifecycle, and SoD basics Troubleshooting experience with logs, job failures, and synchronisation issues Basic MS SQL Server skills in an Omada context (queries, views, performance awareness) Strong documentation skills and structured delivery approach Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications: Experience with REST or PowerShell for custom connector development Familiarity with Azure services (Entra ID, Key Vault) IAM test automation experience Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL® 4 Foundation) Swedish language skills What We Offer: A dynamic and innovative workplace, driving advancements in cutting-edge robotic technologies The opportunity to collaborate with talented cross-functional teams on meaningful and impactful projects Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package A supportive culture that fosters continuous learning, growth, and professional development Flexible hybrid working model for an optimal work-life balance 25 days of annual leave to recharge and relax An annual wellness allowance of 3,500 SEK to support your health and wellbeing
