Description
Access Review Lifecycle Management Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to define campaign scopes, frequency, and reviewers Liaise with engineering team for new, or changes in, requirements Run UAT and work closely with business users to garner feedback and sign off Configure and manage certification campaigns in production Monitor active campaigns, address any issues or escalations, and ensure timely completion Perform pre-launch and in-flight validation of review data to ensure campaign completeness and accuracy Ensure access is removed in a timely and auditable manner Ensure reporting tools are up to date with latest data Generate and distribute compliance reports for all access reviews and transfer workflows Serve as an internal audit point of contact for all access governance need Prepare and submit audit evidence, documentation, and process narratives. Attending scrum ceremonies following the best practices of Agile methodology Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience At least 3 years overall relevant experience in Identity Access Management or IT Governance roles Familiarity with UAT processes and test case development Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX, ISO 27001) Proficiency in Excel, Reporting Tools, and data reconciliation Experience working with audit and compliance teams Basic scripting and database SQL knowledge Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms Experience in working with tracking and process management tools, e.g JIRA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
