For our headquarters in Soltau and partly in the mobile office, we are looking for you as an IAM Specialist (m/f/d) immediately and on a full-time basis.

Your tasks

• Operation, administration and continuous development of our Identity & Access Management platforms (Ping Identity & Omada Identity)
• Integration of new applications into our IAM landscape including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Federation
• Conception, maintenance and optimization of role, authorization and identity governance concepts
• Automation of provisioning and authorization processes, as well as further development of our joiner-mover-leaver processes.
• Analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions, as well as close collaboration with manufacturers and external partners.
• Consulting for our specialist departments on identity, authorization and access management
• Participation in exciting IAM and IT security projects, as well as active involvement in shaping our security architecture.
• Conducting access reviews and providing support with compliance and security requirements.
• Close collaboration with the areas of IT Security, Infrastructure, Workplace and Business Applications
• Documentation of technical solutions and continuous optimization of our operational and security processes

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or studies in the IT field or a comparable qualification
• Interest in Identity & Access Management and IT security
• Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment of technical challenges
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style
• Team spirit and a high level of service and customer orientation

Ideally, in addition:

• Initial experience in Identity & Access Management or with Active Directory or LDAP
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect or multi-factor authentication
• Experience with Ping Identity, Omada Identity, or similar IAM solutions
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell, REST APIs or Microsoft Entra ID
