IAM SYSTEMS SUPPORT ANALYST:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IAM Systems Support Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IAM SYSTEMS SUPPORT ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The IAM Systems Support Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting, managing, and administering the bank’s enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) applications. The project involves resolving ongoing medium to high complexity requests and incidents for IAM Applications, including Access Manager (SailPoint IdentityIQ), and supporting feed files on critical applications for accuracy of attestation.

IAM SYSTEMS SUPPORT ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of security and Identity Access Management experience with strong knowledge in security concepts and security product support
  • Minimum of 5 years of Windows Server and Linux system experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of database experience with SQL queries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on working within a geographically distributed team
  • Strong sense of urgency and bias for positive action with a history of delivering results
  • Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to collaborate with and lead teams toward resolution
  • Knowledge of LDAP, RACF, SSH, and RDP authentication protocols

IAM SYSTEMS SUPPORT ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience with source code management and orchestration tools: IBM UCD (UrbanCode Deploy), Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus
  • Experience in servers and applications monitoring
  • Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ platforms and tools
  • Experience with IT Service Management
  • Professional certifications, e.g. CISSP, GSEC, GCIH
Responsibilities
  • Resolve ongoing medium to high complexity requests and incidents for IAM Applications including Access Manager (SailPoint IdentityIQ)
  • Support feed files on critical applications on SailPoint IIQ for accuracy of attestation
  • Support escalation process for feed file failures
  • Deploy application changes for server, configuration, and enhancements following internal hand-off from the Engineering team
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and identify defects, opportunities for automation and enhancements
  • Maintain and support test and production environments
  • Take on initiatives on self-appointed projects and self-created processes to better enhance the technology
  • Provide knowledge sharing, as recognized SME, in efforts such as writing complex knowledge articles, relationship development with other teams, mentoring, and job shadowing
