As a Cyber Engineering - Risk professional, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding our systems and networks from cyber threats. You'll be part of a team that's shaping the future of cybersecurity in the financial industry. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay one step ahead of emerging threats. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to protect our systems and data. You'll need to be proactive, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve our cybersecurity posture. What you do (Roles & Responsibilities) Lead and manage the Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations team supporting OCBC Group-wide entities. Ensure timely and accurate execution of user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews across multiple systems and platforms. Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards related to IAM. Drive continuous improvement in IAM processes, tools, and automation to enhance efficiency and security. Collaborate with Group TISO, application owners, and business units to resolve access-related issues and implement best practices. Manage escalations related to access breaches, entitlement anomalies, and privileged account misuse. Support IAM governance initiatives, including policy enforcement and alignment with the Group’s Target Operating Model. Provide leadership and mentorship to the IAM operations team, ensuring high performance and professional development. Participate in IAM-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integration with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. Prepare and present operational reports, metrics, and audit responses to senior management and stakeholders. Who you are (Experience & Qualifications) Minimum 5–10 years of experience in managing IAM operations, preferably in a shared service or large enterprise environment. Strong understanding of IAM principles, processes, and technologies (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA, PAM). Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., MAS TRM, ISO 27001, GDPR). Experience in managing privileged access and implementing segregation of duties. Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders across multiple entities. Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD) is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
