EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
  • 2 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities
  • Balance and research offages of daily processed work to ensure the timely and accurate posting of information.
  • Review accounts and files for errors. Run verification queries and reports, research issues and resolve problems.
  • Ensure submissions files (cash letters, returns, etc.) are closed, verified, uploaded and transmitted to host systems at the end of the day or nightly and within the established timelines.
  • Perform research and resolve problems on incoming and outgoing adjustment situations. Verify appropriate information and resolve through the proper channel to ensure timely and accurate posting.
  • Pull, review and verify various transactional/system reports. If applicable, enter account numbers and comments into systems and databases.
  • Serve as a back-up to the IAS Transaction Specialist 1 as necessary.
  • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank’s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity
