iForex Recruitment is looking for an experienced and ambitious IB Manager to help expand our partner network in the Arab markets, on behalf of a leading CFD brokerage firm.
· Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) and strengthen collaboration with them.
· Implement strategies to grow the IB network and drive revenue growth.
· Monitor and analyze performance metrics and provide reports to management.
· Support IBs with marketing materials and necessary training.
· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
· Stay up to date with market trends and identify expansion opportunities.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in IB management or business development within a Forex brokerage.
· Solid understanding of CFD trading and financial markets.
· Strong communication and analytical skills.
· Fluency in English.
