Due to our continuous Growth Cleantank - CleanEco Group are recruiting for operatives and FLT drivers to work Night shifts at our Cleantank Facility in Batley processing Washable IBCs & Drums.

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND.

• You will have 2-5 years machine operator background.
• IBC or Drum washing processes and machinery experience an advantage.
• Mechanical appreciation of process equipment. Capable of safety checks
• Mechanical maintenance experience an advantage.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (Health and Safety, Quality, Hygiene, PPE and Production).
• Ensure that all Quality Assurance checks are carried out to ensure that defective quality material does not reach the customer.
• The Person has worked in a factory environment previously
  Salary: Starting at £12.27 plus Shift bonus applies to night shift only.

Ability to commute;

• Batley - WF17 9NG - reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
• Machine operator qualification an advantage.

• Safe operation of IBC or Drum wash machinery (Pumps, washing and drying systems)
• Provide quality checks of material throughout process
• Maintaining process throughput to the required standard
• Maintaining a high finished goods Quality standard as per customers specifications.
• Maintenance checks and machine operation awareness
• Housekeeping of the machines and process areas - including ancillary process equipment
• Record machine data and process conditions, at the specified rate
• Potential Supervision of the machine operations / operators (based on experience and task)
