This includes, but is not limited to: warmly greeting each and every guest and colleague, answering phones, handling company inquiries, completing guest registration and room assignment, as well as cashier work. Candidate must possess ability to handle a variety of tasks/requests at one time, and the ability to deal with a diverse set of individuals. Patience and politeness is key. Computer literacy and willingness to learn new computer systems is expected. Responsibilities Welcome, greet and make guests feel comfortable and valued for the duration of their visit. Properly perform check-in/check-out procedures in regards to guest accounts Keep accurate account of monies in cash drawer Answer phones Respond promptly and courteously to any guest request Keep professional attitude and demeanor during all guest interactions Demonstrate a working knowledge of resort services/functions and community events, including details such as: dates/times/locations Print daily reports for each hotel department and deliver accordingly Qualifications Must be available weekends, weeknights, and holidays Applicants must be 18 years old Long periods of standing required Computer skills are mandatory Position includes an increased pay differential
