NET is looking for experienced IBHS Licensed Behavior Consultants! We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Licensed Behavior Consultants (ABA) to join our dynamic IBHS team by providing effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other serious mental and developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support strategies. Clinicians will have a rotating case load consisting of cases that need immediate attention and support as well as new cases in programs. Role Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Implement ABA strategies to promote positive behavior and skill development. Provide training and support to families and caregivers to ensure the consistency of interventions. Monitor progress and make data-driven adjustments to intervention plans as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and therapists, to promote holistic support for clients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and progress.
