Role Responsibilities Engage with youth & their families in meaningful therapeutic sessions Develop personalized behavior management plans that foster growth & resilience Collaborate closely with school communities to integrate mental health into educational setting Establish strong community partnerships to advocate for resources & services Provide timely crisis intervention & support Minimum Qualifications Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or mental health-related field.
