Description
We are seeking a skilled IBM BPM / IBM BAW Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise workflow solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and/or IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to automate and optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions. Design and develop processes using IBM BPM / BAW. Develop Human Services, Integration Services, and Coach UI. Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Perform system integration testing (SIT) and support UAT. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain deployed solutions. Prepare technical documentation and process design documents. Hands-on experience with IBM BPM or IBM BAW. Strong understanding of BPM concepts and workflow automation. Experience with: Java / JavaScript RESTful Web Services SQL Experience integrating with third-party systems. Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git). Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with IBM BRMS. Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance domains. Familiarity with DevOps practices.
