REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 (version 5.2 and above)
• Strong knowledge of Content Navigator, ACCE, and WebSphere
• Experience with Oracle or DB2 databases
• Proficiency in system monitoring, user role management, and workflow deployment
• Good understanding of enterprise content management environments and integration practices
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Singapore

ABOUT THE ROLE

Equative Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring for a reputed global MNC client based in Singapore. We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet Administrator to join their enterprise technology team and take ownership of managing, maintaining, and optimizing large-scale content management systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure, and maintain IBM FileNet P8 components including Content Engine, Process Engine, and Content Navigator
• Administer and support IBM WebSphere Application Server
• Configure and manage Object Stores, Document Classes, Security Roles, Indexes, and Property Templates
• Perform system upgrades, apply patches, and manage performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Support workflow deployments and integration with enterprise systems such as SAP or SharePoint
• Ensure system stability, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, and business stakeholders
